I paint murals, panels and canvases, as well as creating scenic design and 3d objects, often made from wood, resin or paper-mache.

My artwork is inspired by wee things that catch my attention.  Scenarios which amuse and touch me; the people I meet; stories I hear; scenes I encounter; the communities within which I work; and the wonders of nature.

I value diversity in society, nature, and science. This awareness and commitment has been a driving force not only in my involvement in social art projects but also in the themes and messages contained in my personal artworks. I delight in the patterns, textures and colours of life and  endeavour to live each day with passion and compassion, always looking for connections.

My portfolio of illustration, includes festival posters, health and educational resources, teaching packs, natural history and storytelling graphics.

Regular clients include: Edinburgh Mela, The Gilded Balloon, the Tasc Agency, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, South Lanarkshire Council, Westbere Preservation Society, Ice Robotics, Sufi Festival, Imagineering (Fife Council) and Lunaria Ltd.
