About

Artist

I paint murals, panels and canvases, as well as creating scenic design and 3d objects, often made from wood, resin or paper-mache.

My artwork is inspired by wee things that catch my attention.  Scenarios which amuse and touch me; the people I meet; stories I hear; scenes I encounter; the communities within which I work; and the wonders of nature.

I value diversity in society, nature, and science. This awareness and commitment has been a driving force not only in my involvement in social art projects but also in the themes and messages contained in my personal artworks. I delight in the patterns, textures and colours of life and  endeavour to live each day with passion and compassion, always looking for connections.
